TERMS :
The tenant, signatory of this contract, concluded for a fixed period, may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period.
Our guest house does not have a permanent reception service. Arrivals are between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and departures will be before 10:30 a.m.
A supplement of half the price per night in force will be requested from all persons occupying the room outside of arrival and departure times.
The customer must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with their destination. The ancillary facilities (swimming pool, terrace, garden, etc.) are strictly reserved for guests of the establishment and under their full responsibility.
Cleaning is done regularly. Sheets and towels are provided. For long stays, towels are changed mid-stay at your convenience (maximum every three days) and sheets every week.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility.
It is forbidden to smoke or eat in the rooms.
It is forbidden to use the terrace tables or the room for your personal catering.
It is prohibited to bring back alcoholic beverages and consume them on site.
It is forbidden to bring back food and store it in our refrigerator (except for young children or for medicines or another exceptional case).

We decline all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of your belongings.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi hours from 10:00 a.m. until 08:00 p.m.:
Outside of these hours, access to the facilities is not permitted.Use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is strictly reserved for residents.
They are invited to bring their own bath towels and flip flops.
For the comfort of all guests, it is forbidden to jump, dive and run around the swimming pool. We decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.
As it is a private property, swimming is not supervised.
Children are not allowed to go there alone. The responsibility of the owner can not be engaged. Parents are solely responsible.
It is forbidden to use bedroom towels for any other purpose (swimming pool, garden or beach). Damaged and deteriorated towels will be charged at €20 each.
The umbrellas must be closed on windy days and when you leave the place.
In case of deterioration, a participation of 60 € will be requested.
The jacuzzi operates from June to September. It is included in the price of the room.

Directly on the owner's online website with payment by credit card:
The customer will have read the general conditions and automatically agrees to them when booking online. The entire stay is requested.
Directly with the owner by phone:
The reservation becomes firm when the general conditions are returned, signed by the customer within 10 days, accompanied by a deposit of one night excluding tourist taxes. Payment will be made by transfer.

Cancelation :
Cancellation by the customer :
a) Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or email to the owner.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of the start of the stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owner.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours or no presentation of the client before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
b) Shortened stay: the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation. It remains with the owner.
c) Reduction in the number of tenants or change of date: Unless there is prior written agreement from the owner, no reduction in the number of tenants or change of date may lead to a reduction in the rental price initially determined.
By the owner :
In the case of a cancellation by the owner, a new date of stay can be negotiated by the client.
Insurance :
The tenant certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his liability.
Payment of services on site:
Payment will be made in cash or by instant transfer.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Rental payment:
Payment will be made by instant transfer or cash.

THE ROOMS :
Each room has its own identity and its own signature.
All were created in the search for a peaceful atmosphere for maximum relaxation. They are all composed of top-of-the-range 160*200 cm bedding, a walk-in shower or a bathroom with a double sink and a toilet.
Bedroom 3 has 140*200 cm bedding and a small bathroom separated from the bedroom by a curtain (it is made up of a single sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower).
They are equipped with a wardrobe and a desk.
Wifi with smart TV. Air conditioner. A terrace with a private outdoor table will give you access to the swimming pool (covered in the off-season) and the jacuzzi.
Breakfast is included only from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Tourist tax not included in the price of the room :
Payment will be made in cash or by instant transfer.
0.83 euros / day and per person.
Prices:
Low season: 50 to 70 euros / night.
Mid season: 70 to 100 euros / night.
High season: 90 to 120 euros / night.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON REQUEST:
Laundry : €10 per wash cycle. €5 for tumble drying. The schedule of use is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (you will have the possibility of extending outside on your personal drying rack). Free provision of ironing board and iron.

1 single bed :
€15/night for children under 12 with breakfast.
€25/night for over 12s with breakfast.
Baby equipment up to 3 years old: loan of a baby bed with mattress only in bedroom 1 (undersheet and fitted sheet provided). We will also provide you with a high chair, a bathtub, and a changing mat.
Cooking class 1 hour : Canistrelli class by reservation. The price is €15/person.
Motorcycle/bicycle garage : up to 5 motorcycles and 10 bicycles. Loan of a car seat free of charge.
Free car parking in front of the domain with 4 places.
Free loan per room : a parasol, beach mat and a cooler bag. We can also provide you with a mask for snorkeling.

Diner from 8:00 p.m. every day depending on the number of guests:

Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 09:30 every day. It comes with 2 hot drinks. Our breakfasts are sweet. If you are more of a savory person, we offer a small discovery plate of artisanal charcuterie from the Taravo Valley or Corsican cheese for €5. By reservation.
